These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and p879 ("p879", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the p879 platform, website and all associated services available at p879.cam ("Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by p879 — including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, instant games and any promotional offer — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

To register and maintain an account on p879, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
3. You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
4. You have not previously had an account closed, suspended or terminated by p879 for breach of these Terms.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, director, agent or close family member of a person employed by p879 or any of its affiliate entities, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
6. You are not registering on behalf of, or as an agent for, any other person.
7. You have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy in their entirety.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You undertake to update this information promptly if any of it changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Logging out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from shared or public devices.
• Notifying p879 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

p879 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any time, at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, subject to the obligation to return any undisputed real-money balance held in the account.

p879 is required to verify the identity of its users as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. You agree to provide all documentation reasonably requested by p879 to facilitate this process. Verification may be requested at any time, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when the Platform's risk systems flag an account for review.

Acceptable identity documents typically include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued national identity card (CNIC) or passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of mobile wallet matching the registered name)
• Source of funds documentation where required under AML procedures

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required KYC documentation has been submitted and approved. p879 reserves the right to place a hold on account funds pending verification. Where verification cannot be completed to the satisfaction of p879's compliance team, the account may be suspended and funds may be held pending further review.

6.1 Deposits. Deposits credited to your p879 account are held as a player balance and made available for wagering. p879 does not pay interest on player balances. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. Deposit processing times vary by payment method.

Payment methods available in the cashier may include options familiar to Pakistani players — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — where supported by the operator at the time of your visit. The mention of these payment providers is for reference purposes only. p879 does not claim any affiliation with, endorsement by, or official support from any of these institutions in connection with gambling services.

6.2 Withdrawals. To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) and your real-money balance must meet or exceed the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to your selected payment method. The following conditions also apply:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your p879 account.
• Any active bonus balance or outstanding wagering requirement must be resolved before real-money funds can be released.
• p879 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawals above certain thresholds.
• Processing times are subject to the payment method selected and may range from a few hours to several business days.
• p879 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

6.3 Currency. Account balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupee) where the cashier is configured for Pakistani players. Currency conversion fees may apply where applicable.

6.4 Declined or Reversed Transactions. If a deposit is declined by your payment provider or reversed following a chargeback, p879 reserves the right to void any winnings derived from the disputed funds and to suspend the account pending investigation.

p879 offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback arrangements and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to individual offer-level Terms and Conditions in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

7.1 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, contribution rates and time limits are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the forfeiture of the bonus balance and any associated winnings.

7.2 Maximum Bet Restriction. While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single-bet or single-spin limit applies. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

7.3 Game Contributions. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at a higher rate than table games or live dealer titles. Specific contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. p879 reserves the right to withhold, void or clawback bonus funds and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that a User has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting low-margin games, placing offsetting bets, or participating in coordinated abuse across multiple accounts.

8.1 General. All games and betting markets on p879 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, which are accessible within the game interface or betting lobby. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game only.

8.2 Bets Once Placed. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be amended or cancelled, except where expressly permitted under the applicable game or market rules (for example, cash-out functionality in sports betting where available).

8.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or communication failure during a game round or bet settlement, p879 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game are not valid and will not be paid.

8.4 Sports Betting. Sports markets — including Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL T20 matches, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other live sports — are subject to separate sports betting terms, including rules on void bets, postponed events, and in-play settlement. Users should review market-specific rules in the sports betting lobby.

8.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result or bet settlement is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with customer support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or using the details of another person.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated software to interact with the Platform, place bets or gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share hand information in poker variants, or otherwise subvert the integrity of games.
• Fraud & Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment transactions, filing unjustified chargebacks, or providing false information during the KYC process.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to layer, place or integrate proceeds of crime, in contravention of applicable AML law.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Underage Gambling: Knowingly allowing or facilitating access to the Platform by any person under the minimum eligible age.
• Unauthorised Commercial Activity: Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, resale of services, or affiliate activity not authorised in writing by p879.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the p879 name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of p879 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any part of the Platform without prior written consent from p879.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website or application.
• Use p879 branding, logos or trademarks in any context without explicit written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content or intellectual property may result in account termination and potential legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p879 shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, however caused.
• Any service interruptions, downtime, delays or errors arising from technical issues, maintenance, Force Majeure events, or actions of third-party service providers.
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or balance forfeiture resulting from a breach.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where p879 was not at fault.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit p879's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. p879 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.

p879 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must not be viewed as a way to generate income or to recover financial losses. The following tools are available to all registered users from within their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined period of play to stay aware of time spent on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts displaying session duration and net gaming position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a chosen period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request that your account be suspended for a defined or indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible during the exclusion period.

13.1 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via a supported payment method, subject to completion of KYC and applicable processing times.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by p879. p879 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period of being requested to do so.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant, subject to applicable dormancy procedures and any balance handling requirements.

13.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure for breach, p879 reserves the right to void bonus balances and, where applicable, winnings derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity. Verified real-money deposits remain returnable subject to AML clearance.

p879 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their account and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Effective Date" displayed at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p879 is licensed and incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting p879 customer support. p879 will endeavour to investigate and respond to all complaints in a fair, timely and transparent manner.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body as designated by the operator's licensing authority, where such a body exists. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available from customer support upon request.

Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
